Welcome to GB Yoga, Bath classes taught by Francesca Sambito Pace, the founder of GB Yoga Bath. Francesca is an expert yoga teacher who works with athletes every day. She has an understanding of the human body, adapting exercise to fit any injury. Francesca is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. She is qualified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, yin yoga Pilates for back care, Reiki, Barra Fit, ladies-only self defence and has a Gracie Barra JiuJitsu instructor certificate. Francesca has been working in the fitness industry for 11 years.

Is GB Yoga for me? What do I get?
GB Yoga with Francesca gives you a healthier and more flexibly body you connect your mind and breath you cultivate your strength. This class combines elements from both Hatha and Flow yoga and is suitable to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced.
Together we focus on breathing techniques and movement to improve the flow of “prana” (our life force) which relaxes our body and quietens the mind. We work on increasing flexibility and balance to improve posture and well-being (for example, releasing tension on lower back muscles and hip-opening postures).
Classes feature a fluid sequence of postures to relax the muscles and encourage the flow of oxygen and blood. This is combined with Hatha poses which strengthen the body. Postures are held for longer and the teacher works with individuals where needed. Within a sequence of classes, postures vary to ensure that all areas of the body benefit from the practice.
You can work at your own level and those with injuries will be supported in the lesson. Classes always end with relaxation (Shavasana) to restore the body and release the stress of the day.
